What to Bring to UPLIFT Payout Sites — Required Documents and Step-by-Step Process

Group 2 beneficiaries must personally appear at designated payout sites for their first monthly assistance and to enroll their digital account for succeeding payments.

Required Documents

Primary valid government ID (National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID, or postal ID). Original only, not expired. Secondary document if your ID does not show your current address: barangay certificate of residence or recent utility bill under your name. Printed copy of DSWD notification text or letter if received. Smartphone for eGov PH app registration and GCash enrollment. Face mask and pen.

Verification Process

Proceed to the verification area. DSWD staff checks your ID against the master beneficiary list. Identity is verified through biometric comparison or manual photo matching. Sign or thumbprint an acknowledgment receipt.

Account Enrollment

Choose GCash or LandBank for succeeding payments. For GCash: provide your registered mobile number. DSWD sends a test transaction. No GCash yet? Staff can help you create an account on the spot. For LandBank: provide your account number. After enrollment, receive your P2,000 cash. Count before leaving.
