There's no UPLIFT app to download and no form to fill in online to become a beneficiary. That's important, because scam sites and fake Facebook pages are telling people otherwise. Here's how it actually works.

Open WebsiteHow UPLIFT Enrollment Really Works
Beneficiaries are identified from existing government lists — the 4Ps and Walang Gutom rolls, the 2024 CBMS survey, and SSS records. There is no public application portal where you "sign up" for UPLIFT. The G2P (Government-to-Person) portal is where qualified households enroll their GCash or bank accounts to receive the grant digitally — it's a disbursement channel, not an application form.
Official Sources Only
- DSWD (dswd.gov.ph) — program announcements and field office directories.
- Your barangay or DSWD field office — the only place to verify your beneficiary status in person.
- SSS (for Group 3) — check your membership status through official SSS channels.

Red Flags
- Anyone asking for a "registration fee" or "processing fee" for UPLIFT — enrollment is free.
- Links promising "UPLIFT online application" — there is none.
- People offering to "add your name to the list" for money — report them to DSWD.
